How TGong works
A guest, customer or visitor scans the QR code. TGong opens in the phone browser and automatically sends the service request to the central dashboard.
Service point means the location assigned to a QR code - for example a table, information point, lobby area, waiting zone or parking bay.
No app, registration or additional confirmation.
The service point, waiting time and open calls appear immediately for the service team.
Comfortable for guests, customers and visitors
Not everyone feels comfortable calling out, waving or repeatedly trying to make eye contact. A discreet digital service request gives people a simple and self-directed alternative.
One scan is enough. The request reaches the service team automatically, and the person knows it has arrived.
TGong in 1:38 minutes
The existing German-language video demonstrates TGong as a digital waiter call system in a restaurant. The same workflow applies in hotels, retail stores, car dealerships, service areas and valet parking - only the service point, purpose and wording change.
The video starts only when selected. No autoplay.
Affordable QR code call system
TGong uses QR codes and internet-connected devices you already own. Dedicated buttons, pagers, receivers and complex wiring are not required.

The “T” originally stands for “table”. “Gong” refers to the familiar idea of a bell: a short signal alerts the service team to a request. Today, TGong goes far beyond restaurants and represents a digital call from any service point – from a table to an information point, lobby area or parking bay.
No. The service call is sent automatically after the scan.
No. TGong works directly in the smartphone browser.
An internet-connected tablet, PC or smartphone with the TGong dashboard open in a browser.
While a call for the same service point remains open, no duplicate is created. The person sees that the request is still active. A new call becomes possible after the service team confirms the existing call in the dashboard.
Misuse cannot be ruled out completely. TGong makes it difficult through several undisclosed technical safeguards. Attempts have little effect and, in our experience, quickly lose their appeal.
